Caliora Mansion is a small online shop based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh selling art glass & wall decor to customers across India.
What we sell we have bought. We are not a manufacturer and claim no authorised-dealer status with anyone.
Placing an order
We accept an order at the point of dispatch rather than at payment, and we may decline beforehand if stock, price or address turns out to be a problem.
Where an order is declined after payment, we refund in full.
About our listings
Descriptions come from our suppliers and from inspecting the stock . The photographs are ours, of the actual item, but colour rendering differs by display. Where a listing is materially wrong, return it under the return policy.
About the goods we sell
Art glass and wall pieces are hand-finished. Colour depth, bubbles and small asymmetries vary between individual pieces, and no two items in a hand-worked range are identical.
What things cost
Every price is in Indian Rupees; delivery appears as its own line at checkout — we may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. Clear mispricing is raised with you rather than silently fulfilled.
Using this website

Limits of liability
We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered, in the condition described, and for the remedies set out in our shipping, return and cancellation policies . To the extent the law allows, indirect and consequential loss is excluded; rights that cannot lawfully be limited are untouched.
Except where the law provides otherwise, goods are supplied without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond those the manufacturer offers.
Law and jurisdiction
Indian law governs this agreement, in particular the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 Disputes fall to the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
