The details we take

We hold no card or banking credentials — UPI payments happen inside your own banking app and Cash on Delivery is settled with the courier, so those details never pass through this website.
Why we use it
To get the parcel to you, deal with what you write in about, run returns, and keep the books the law says we must . No advertising profiles are built and nothing is sold on.
Who your details reach
Two sets of hands beyond ours: the courier, and the suppliers who host this site and carry our email . Each acts on our instructions only. Disclosure to authorities happens only under legal obligation.
Where a wall piece needs a delivery appointment, the courier is given the contact number from your order so they can arrange it with you.
How long we keep it
Sales paperwork is held for the length of time tax and consumer law prescribes . Closed enquiries are removed, and no data is hoarded.
