Orders leave our place in Indore and travel by courier, and the details are all on this page.

Delivery charges

anything at ₹999 or over travels free — below that a flat ₹49 is added at checkout, once per order rather than per item.

No fee is added for Cash on Delivery.

Handling and transit

orders are made ready within 1–2 business days ; the courier leg is 3–9 business days.

We hand parcels over at 3:00 PM IST each working day, so later orders wait for the next one.

The figures are estimates from our courier partners . A festival week or a washed-out road adds time, and we pass on whatever the courier tells us.

Coverage

All orders ship inside India . There is no international option at checkout.

A few pin codes are beyond the network we use . We would rather refund than keep an order we cannot fulfil.

Following your order

A tracking link reaches you by email once the courier collects . Do not worry if it shows nothing for a while — the scan network catches up. Email [email protected]. If you would rather speak to someone, call +91 8319956828.

When a parcel arrives wrong

Please film the parcel being opened. If anything arrives damaged, wrong or missing, that footage settles the claim quickly — tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we replace or refund at our cost.

Where an address is wrong or the courier cannot find anyone home, the parcel comes back here . We will resend on a corrected address, charging the flat delivery fee for the second run.
