Which ways can I pay?

UPI or Cash on Delivery. We are not set up for cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.

Are these branded products?

Our catalogue is bought in and sold under the Caliora Mansion name — no manufacturer authorises or endorses us.

How long will my order take?

Allow 1–2 business days for packing and 3–9 for transit; anything confirmed after 3:00 PM IST joins the next run.

When can I reach you?

Can I return something?

Yes — within 10 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging with the invoice.

Which areas do you cover?

India only, and nearly all of it. Where a pin code is unreachable we refund in full.

Something arrived broken. What now?

Report it within 48 hours with the unboxing video and we put it right at our expense.

Do you charge GST? Can I get a GST invoice?

No GST is charged — we are not GST registered — and the paperwork is a plain sale invoice.

Will mine look exactly like the photograph?

It will be the same design, but hand-finished glass and hand-painted panels vary piece to piece. Colour depth and small asymmetries are part of how they are made.

Can I collect in person?

There is no shopfront. We sell online only, and the published address handles post rather than customers.

How long do refunds take?

Once we have it back and have checked it, 7 business days. Cancellations before dispatch take 5 to 7 working days.
