Before dispatch — free

An order that has not gone to the courier can be cancelled at no charge . Reach us before 3:00 PM IST on the day and it is straightforward.

After the parcel leaves

After collection the parcel is out of our reach . Use the return policy instead — 10 days from delivery.

Reversal timing

Money paid by UPI on a cancelled order returns within 5 to 7 working days . That matches the Reserve Bank of India’s reversal window.

A cancelled cash-on-delivery order was never paid for, so no refund arises, and no fee is deducted for cancelling.

If we have to cancel

There are orders we have to stop . Damaged stock, unserved pin codes and unverifiable details are the usual causes; the refund is always full.
