Paying by UPI

Choose UPI at checkout and a QR code appears for you to scan in your own banking app . The transfer is bank to bank; your credentials never touch our site.

Your order confirms once the payment shows as received . Where a payment goes out but no order appears, the UPI reference number lets us find it.

Paying on delivery

Hand the money to the courier at the door — please keep the exact amount ready, as delivery staff often cannot give change. No extra charge applies, but the option disappears on pin codes our couriers do not serve.

What we do not accept

Cards, net banking, wallets, EMI and overseas payment methods are not accepted. No card data passes through this site, so none is held.

Prices, tax and invoices

Listed prices are in Indian Rupees and are final Caliora Mansion has not crossed the GST registration threshold and is therefore unregistered, so You are not charged GST, and the document in the box is a standard sale invoice, not a GST invoice.
